They're good people there and take care of our oil changes quite well in general, however, they don't always do all the little things every time, like lube the hinges and wash the windows like they used to do. In their defense, sometimes they're short handed.

Quick,quality oil and filter with excellent communications. Be prepared to spend on additives and extras such a product that can be added to help completely drain the oil. Then synthetic or semi synthetic oil and finally an oil additives can be purchased.

Hidden fees not mentioned until midway through the job. Most expensive oil change I have ever had. Details were not explained to me prior to the job. Unprofessional. Would not recommend. Will not be returning. You will get a better experience at literally ANY Jiffy Lube.

I was overcharged. My truck is not a 4x4, but it's an additonal charge that shows up on my receipt. My last oil change wasn't any better. I asked for a full synthetic, but they put in a blend without telling me. I'm having serious second thoughts about using them in the future.
