Took 90 minutes, was better off dropping off my car and coming back.
Guy went to replace my cabin air filter, they didn't have a replacement so he had to put back the old one, he didn't air it out or clean it, instead he dumped the contents onto my passenger side floor mat and didn't clean it up.

This place gets 5 stars because as you pull up one of the employees comes over to greet you while in the car for the service and offers a beverage. It was our first time and we did not expect this. Francisco specifically. Very friendly staff all around. They were busy so we were there about 1.5 hours. They do a 33 point inspection with your oil service and we were happy. They keep you informed during every part of the service.

It was great, the only thing that I wasn't very happy about was that the gal that did my oil change was unable to change my cabin filter, I thought she was going to ask someone else how to do it on my vehicle, but it wasn't done. I would appreciate it if I can come by and get a cabin filter and have someone else change it. I have lots of allergies so I would like to have my cabin filter changed.

I hadn't been to this company before. They were not "cheap" but they were VERY thorough. Besides oil change (synthetic) they also did a transmission fluid change and replaced the engine air filter and cabin air filter (---all of which they suggested, and which had been on my mind anyway). VERY professional.

I got my oil changed. As far as the service on the car goes, everything was done well and professionally.
My service person spoke very quickly and very quietly so it was difficult to hear/understand him.
Also, they tried (as most oil change companies do) to upsell me with several products. I so wish they wouldn't do that!

Great job. Much faster and cheaper than PACC. my only complaint is that they only offered synthetic oil at the start which is about twice as much, and wrongly stated that was the manufacturers choice. So I told them I just wanted regular 5-30 and it was fine from there. Took about 30 minutes.
