The mechanic under the car broke my oil pan. The other mechanic wouldn't acknowledge any of my inquiries until the station manager came out. The manager finally approached me and was willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Ultimately, I took it to the dealership and was refunded my payment (yes, they charged me) and will never return to any Oil Changers.

I always come to the Waipio location . The gentleman assisting me was okay. He didn't check my tires or do my windshield like they normally do. Which is okay, but the coupon I used said they're suppose to do it every time? other than that it was okay. I'll continue to come here I just wish it was the same every time.

We have been here before and service was great. Unfortunately today the Tech was not in a mood. He was a bit rude. Didn't give me a receipt but said he would email it. Didn't receive the email.
We will be going back as this was our first time having to deal with someone that was rude. I'm guessing he was having a bad day.

My service guy was talking and giggling on the phone the whole time with his ear piece on, while working on my car, he didn't reset my change oil notification..still says 0% remaining and didn't even clean my windshield at all but my invoice says completed. Also didn't check all the things that was listed but it said checked on all of it!

I was treated politely and professionally. However, it's first come, first served, and it wasn't clear which cars were in line for a safety check. Workers ought to use numbered cones that they can place on the roof of each car in the order they arrive. It was a bit confusing.

The service was unexpectedly excellent. Besides changing the oil (the desired work), the attendant topped off the various engine fluids and tire pressure, cleaned windows, etc. all with a smile. The cost was reasonable in today's market.

Their a lot of item check off but they actually don't do it.. I ask did you check my brake fluid.. he said no .. I said according to my receipt it said you did.. he said there is a lot that we don't do but it's check off!! Not going to them anymore
