There needs to be quicker response time for when someone is a the stall waiting to be seen. If I pull up a I will right with you or the wait time is 5 mins would have gone a long way. As a customer I don't feel like my business was important. I wasn't given a report an even an opportunity for recommendation on additional services.

I was told to come back at 11:30 am for the 1 - 2 pm service but instead I arrived at 11:10 am. The inspector was ahead of his schedule so he serviced my car at the time I arrived. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was floored that he did my car. Great service and workmanship!

Great 1st time visit. Associates were smiley and friendly before we even pulled up into the bay. I like having the extras done like air tire check and windshield cleaned. They worked fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend using them for an oil change.

Best experience ever! As a female in getting automotive repairs done is not an easy task; but at Oil Changers, I can drive-thru and the staff are great, informative and helpful. Hope this establishment can extend "Safety-Check" work area to expedite service.

I like the service its friendly and they do a great job even when it's not time for oil chg or safety. the waiting room is in the gas paying area and it can get a little chilly but they have hot drinks, the bathroom says its out of order but the cashier got the key went in and came out that was strange, I walked to the Chinese restaurant and had to buy (crispy gaugee) something to use theirs...

I went there at -22 oil mileage, and they wasted no time in their services. They even added some extra services for me that they were able to do at the time, and even changed my reverse lights for me. I will be going back in the future, and I highly recommend this location. The staffs and services were excellent.

They always keep you informed about everything to keep your car on the road!
The info they provide is to keep you aware of how your vehicle is doing, and they use CARFAX. It seems they went through a personnel change, but they are all on the same page about working in the vehicle satisfactorily! I do recommend this business @ Pearl City not sure if all the other places is as comforting.

Air Pressure guy was informed, i topped AP and not necessary. However, he did his own thing filling tires..
I opened glove compartment and noticed he quickly focused attention to contents, scary security-related feeling.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was there all of 15 minutes including. Windshield and fluids check. Tire pressure check.
