Had windshield wipers replaced, they didn't snap them in the connector piece, and one came loose when I turned them on. I had to stop in traffic and reinstall the blade, check the other one and it too was not snapped in place, I installed it as well.

This shop is the only one I use for oil changes now. They are kind and knowledgeable. They do not treat me with disrespect or as if I'm stupid. They ask if I know what specific things mean, and if I say no, they explain it. They are always sure to tell me what my car is due for and are able to tell me if its something that is urgent or can wait if needed, they never pressure you into products or services just for the sales.The customer service here is a 5 star experience, they have built my trust and I will continue to go back.

Services not on par with what I've experienced before. Light & signal check didn't happen & they are apparently no longer giving the FREE CAR WASH code. As with everything sadly, you get less for your money.

The men there are knowledgeable and personal. They don't try to oversell their products only make suggestions. This I appreciate. They were not long at all however, I did forget they were to clean the outside windows that did not get done.
