I usually love my visits to this shop - they are quick and knowledgeable and without pressuring too much, they always update me on other services my car requires. The only reason I marked 4/5 stars was that on this visit the main guy who helped me was pretty rude especially when I told him I didn't want to do the additional services. Absolute best oil change establishment in San Diego for sure and probably the best I've been to. I really appreciate that don't try to upsale other services that aren't needed and only ask if you want something else when your mileage is at manufactures suggested mileage for that service.

Fast, courteous and professional service. I did not realize it was a drive-thru and was able to stay in my vehicle the entire visit. They also checked my tires, fluids, lights, blinkers and told me one of my wipers was broken. They showed me and I had the pair replaced as well. Was a friendly pleasant experience that I was not expecting! Giving high praise to this team in Lemon Grove!!!

Ashley was the ultimate professional. Sleep answered my questions and got everything done in a very reasonably amount of time. She should get a raise.
HOWEVER, your prices are far too high. I'd recommend the shop for Ashley alone. But honestly next time I'll be looking for a cheaper place and not just through ridiculous coupons.

Very fast service no appointment needed drive in & out, you stay in the car and the service attendant does a thorough check of filters, tire pressures, wiper fluid, etc. So much easier than making an appointment with the dealer and having to wait several hours.

Technicians very friendly and helpful. Only downside, the location did not have the oil filter in stock to start service. I was directed to purchase oil filter at local parts store or come back in serval days after the part was ordered. I elected to obtain the filter at the part store and return to Oil Changer to complete the service. The total amount was was adjusted to accommodate this inconvenience. Very nice.

I went in to have my oil changed. It is my second visit with my special of 4 oil changes. I had my coolant changed also.
While they did the oil change I was informed of damages to my transmission that I was not aware of. I appreciate them making me aware of this. It is very important. I was told the problems I will be facing.
They not only change your oil they make sure you are aware of any problems your car has.
