There was the younger of the 3 working on 8/4 around 6:40pm at the station on Mission in Hayward who was so very rude as I was questioning his suggestion for the air filter. I was so upset with his customer service that I started to cancel my service and drive off as I did not want him to touch my vehicle. There was an older gentleman working and witnessed what had transpired. He then took over very calm and completed my service. The younger person expressed very loudly that people in Hayward are rude and that the other oil changers he has worked in did not have rude people. The last car may have also experienced this young person's rude behavior and also said he did not want the young person to touch his car.
