I always get quick and fairly priced service. Keith has given me honest recommendations and insight into my type of car and cars in general. I had a fuel injection service yesterday and, when I was anxious about it after, he rest drove my car with me to check and alleviate my concern. They also have great coupons and deals sometimes.Never had a bad experience there and highly recommend!

Every time I've gone there, the most I have waited is about 15 minutes. They are always very informative about things I might needs to know, and ways I can make my car run more efficiently without necessarily going to the dealership. I feel like the prices are fair and they have promotions that are great. I highly recommend and will continue to be going there myself in the future.

Oil Changers in EL Cajon California forgot to replace my washer on my oil pan nut on my way to arizona finding a 5 inch stain the next morning where I had to go to jiffy lube in Sierra Vista Arizona to replace it! this could have caused serious engine damage to my FJ Cruiser!!!

Only a 4 this time been coming here at the fletcher pkwy location for a few years
and they usually wash my windsheild check tire pressure non of this was done but was said completed on my invoice oh well i guess it depends on who is working. with that being said always professional and respectful and courteous

Use this company all the time and usually it's fine but this time I had to wait for almost two hours. And most of that time was while I was already in the service bay. And they had 6-8 people working at the time. Will continue to use them but was very disappointed with this visit.

I got my oil changed at oil changers in El Cajon. The tech didn't install the oil filter properly and my car leaked oil for two weeks until I got a low oil warning. Oil Changers replaced the oil filter and topped off my oil. They didn't apologize or admit fault. I'm lucky that my engine wasn't destroyed

Been going here 11 years & they've really slipped from what they used to be. Didn't seem to know which type of oil (synthetic or a blend) my car used. Didn't offer to check air pressure, or wash windshield or top off fluids like they used to. They did ask if I wanted lights checked- that was always assumed in the past - of course you want lights checked. Nice enough just don't match up to what they were.

Only 1 person acknowledged me after about 5 mins....then I had to wait another 20 mins or so to be taken in as the lady who had been there before me. Then they completely ignored me to take care of a guy who had literally just pulled upnas I was being motioned forward to the service bay.

After waiting in line, they had me move to a different line and I had to wait some more. Then they moved me back to the original space and got me in. If they hadn't moved me twice, I would of been done buy the second move. not real happy about that.

They didn't do service. I left after waiting 30 minutes. Guy in my oil change lane looked and acted like he was jacked on Meth or some drug. Waited another 20 minutes while sitting in the bay. Drove off without any service. They used to be excellent at this location. Won't be going back k.
