Rating would be negative star if allowed They are scamming with offering lower prices then read the small print to find all the extras. I have seen cars they have listed that are not on there business so I think they may be using the old bait and swittch tatics I really think Carfax should not work with this company since it does not give a good image and Carfax has excellent creditability.

Tires were bald, tail gate latches broken, steering column was busted out. It looks as if it had been stolen and yet was on the lot for sale. We were told they are on order after we drive over an hour on the truck. Will never use this company again. Very unhappy.

They play the bait and switch game. They tell you they have the car listed and when you show up it "just" sold. But they have more for you to view. Then a few days later the car shows up again online with same price. Then it's not there again once you arrive on the lot. Then once again it shows up online.

Had appointment to see car. Drove to dealer for appointment was told Jey was busy. Another Associate interviewed me. I told her which car I came to see, and she went in back and returned and told me the car was sold. I looked in web site of dealer a day later and the car which I had gone see was still listed for sale. I will not do business with this dealer.

Absolute worst used car buying experience I've ever had. Some of the sleaziest, know-nothing, bottom of the barrel cars & help. Hiding fees, claiming to add accessories a cheap used car has no business of being equipped with, and bait & switch tactics. I'd rather eat my own shoe or walk than buy an used car from these jokers.

I found these people to be very pushy and manipulative to the point that I decided not to do business with them regardless of the offer. When I told them that I had another appointment to look at another vehicle elsewhere, they tried every manipulation tactic to prevent me from leaving and pressured me to close the deal with them: first they tried sweetening the offer, then they tried guilt tripping me over the hour they'd invested drawing up paperwork on a car I had never committed to buying (I was still just shopping), to imposing an ultimatum that the offer they made would not still be on the table if I left and came back (even though they had literally just raised the offer on my trade-in on a whim). That last bit was the line they crossed which guaranteed they will never get a sale from me.
