The entire experience was poor. Nobody ever answers the phone in the service department and when they do nobody seems to know anything. They overcharged me for "programming" keys and the vehicle sat in the shop for a week before it was even serviced. I personally feel like they didn't even do anything to the vehicle and I was still charged a ton of money. Very bad experience and would not recommend Santa Fe octane to anyone out there.

Untrustworthy dealership! Untrustworthy dealership! Do not purchase a vehicle here! They are greedy! I was called in to come by the dealership, because they had a few day event before the new year, so I made a trip and took time to come down from Belen, just to be taken for granted. So much talk about the "Octane Experience" when in reality that's just a joke to fool customers. If any experience, it was a bad experience. I waited hours for them just to hit me with "they need a down-payment" and nothing else can be done. Then the gm said let Him try with another finance and said this one looks good. Went out my way to borrow money for a down payment, just for them to call me and say they need a bigger downpayment. The DP QUADRUPLED!!! how do I go to a set dp and you guys push for more. Talk about greed and blindsided! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I was let down and they gave up once no DP is present. The other reviews show customers in the same boat. Long hours for credit check just to get Hit with different numbers at the end and a low ball trade offer.
