Best experience I have had at a BMW service and repair facility. Craig was knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and gave fair pricing for the quality of services being done. Will 100% recommend and wish I stopped using the BMW dealership for service earlier!

I have worked with Craig and he is professional in the assessment of my Audi's maintenance. He also gives me costs of service using original Audi parts and after market parts and explains the differences. As a bonus, the shop also washes my SUV, just like the dealerships.
