they sent out a flyer with a price plus 10 percent discount - when I got there, they said it was $200 more they finally gave a credit of about $150 only after I flatly told them I was not going to pay more than there email quoted. This isnt the first time I have had this dealer change prices as quoted. Personnel are very good but I dont have any trust in their quotes. Its a bate and switch company

Car is great. They promised us a second key. They had us come back three times and it wasn't there. I finally talked to the key guy and met him closer to my house and got the key. They kept saying I'm different trust me and then they lied to us, the key hadn't even been ordered!

I guess the service was OK Until I read this I did not know what they did. Change Oil was all i was told. I called and asked for some paperwork on what service they performed but was told that under the new Regime they did not do this any more. Ask about the complementary car wash and was told the same thing.

Nicholas and the service department personnel are very attentive to what services were prescribed for my vehicle in addition to any additional needs that my need immediate attention. My time at the dealership was minimal. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

Can't help but be disappointed in my service. Had the vehicle serviced before I went on vacation. 2 days later while on vacation my battery was dead. Mechanic said it should have been replaced at the service 2 days prior. Good thing I had family with me to replace it.

It took longer than expected to get my car back, and I don't have an answer on why my car makes a whining sound that I only hear when the roof is closed. But from a professionalism, cleanliness, technology perspective it was outstanding. I was provided a loaner that was satisfactory to use while my car was out of commission for a week.

I did not buy a car because we ran into some Insurance issues and it was too much to deal with so we decided to walk away. The people at Ocean Mazda were awesome. Ricky was a great guy / salesman's He went above and beyond for us. I went in with bad credit and was still able to get approved for a car with a minimum down payment of course, but it was a great experience, but unfortunately I did not leave with a car.

Overall, this was a very good service. My only criticism is that, because the service couldn't be completed in one day, I was told my car would be ready first thing the following morning. When 11 am arrived on the second day, I contacted my service rep to ask for an update. He should have been updating me on the progress. The car was eventually ready at 1 pm. So, the service quality was good, but communication... not so much.

Upon check-in, I asked my advisor to tell me what my maintenance plan covered. He never did. Specifically wanted to know about the brake rotors & pads. I only received1 of 2 inspection videos. I never saw when the vehicle was lifted. I asked for the video at check-out. Never got it. I was there about 2 hours for an oil change.
