Well over a year paying to lease a defective Mazda CX-90 PHEV and no one, nobody at mazda or Ocean Mazda had take ownership of the problem and or solve it by any means. We're extremely disappointed. We've been misguided into thinking they fix the SUV so many frustrating times... Sadly there's no way we can recommend this car or service center.

Service person was not the same as always and I personally did not like his handling of the service. I felt he like he was pushing for me to do all that was required for maintenance of the car. I had the feeling also that the inspection of the car was not as thorough as prior inspections. In addition the reset was not made and I had to go back to the dealer yo have it reset.

Terrible experience, took the car for a recall and they were already changing the oil without approval, since I complained to the manager they didn't release the car till the last minute in the afternoon( the appointment was at 13:00hrs), I hate this dealer last time I'm getting a car from them. I also while I waited I went in their showroom to checkout for a new deal and the sales people were so unprofessional and with bad attitude.

The service process went smoothly. The rep. Jose Ruenes, was very professional and went over the service in detail. A coupon was used to bring the price for an inspection, a synthetic oil change and tire rotation to $95.00. The inspection was done in video and I could go through the process on the phone while waiting.

I liked the service manager that I had. I didn't like the cost of my service, but I did get a 10% discount. i had to wait a little longer than I requested , but I got out within 30 minutes.
