I have to wait for my vehicle & the waiting room is very comfortable but 90 minutes taken to complete a standard service does seem to be excessive. Before I moved to this area my service provider of 15 years never took more than 45 minutes for a standard service.

My service advisor, Katie Santana was polite and professional. She kept me informed with the progress of my repairs and provided a video of recommended repairs with a full list of what the technician checked on my vehicle. She is a true asset to the Ocean Honda service team.

Great service and very friendly staff , I've been taking my car there for service since I purchased my car back in 2017 and they have always done a great job with my car , always very thorough on explaining what my car needs. I usually always get a different staff helping me out when I go but they all have been great . I will definitely keep coming back to Ocean Honda for service!

The service is fine. I have to drive an hour each way because my Service DOC (for extended maintenance with limits) was offered when the original dealership was 10 minutes away. They sold it to another company that doesn't accept my plan. They knew they were selling the dealership and told me I could use my Service Doc at all Honda dealers. Not true.

A concern: The settings on my car were changed: 1. Charge/HV/total miles on Home Screen 2. Headlights changed from AUTO to OFF IMPACT: Not realizing lights were off I left a location I had driven to in daylight without lights at night. This is not safe. I could have caused a collision. SUGGESTION: do not change user settings or return to user settings after servicing

I liked that Ocean Honda reminded me that I needed the service done and took care of "almost" everything with one visit. I asked to have my smog done and got finished with that visit, got home and found out that the smog was not done. I had to go back another day to get the smog done. It would've been nice too have everything done together

Courteous customer service people. New video interaction needs work. Would be helpful if this was shown/explained to customers at check in. Charges for non-warrantee items ridiculously overpriced which is why I can't recommend them. Manager did change cabin filters at no charge.

Whenever I get my car serviced, I bring lunch and sit in the sunny lobby. I usually watch the game that is playing on the television, or I watch one of Steven Furtik's sermons online. It sure is a nice, enjoyable and relaxing time. If time allows, I may even have a coffee / latte from the coffee dispenser....living some of my best life (not all of it) at the Honda dealership :-)

The person I spoke to on the phone when making my appointment told me it would be covered by my service agreement but when I drive 1 1/2 hours they told me that I still had to pay for the diagnostic. Would have been nice to know that before I drove that far.

The service people were very nice and helpful however the reason I brought the car in was because the mileage dropped off drastically in the last few months. I thought the diagnostic was to find things not preforming properly and the results on my car evidently didn't reveal anything. My mileage is still not very good but I have spent too much money on it already to keep persueing it.

Was very pleased that they completed the required maintenance on my wife's car. Topped off fluids and even gave the car a little tlc. I appreciate you Ocean Honda for reliable care for my vehicles. My only issue was the price of the oil change was higher than expected. My last oil change was $30 less than this time around, not big enough enough to take away a 5 star rating. Thank you guys

I went last week to Service for a Oil Change and the Complimentary Inspection. I did receive a timely oil change but did not have the inspection by Honda. I was very disappointed!! This is the first time in all the many years I have taken my Honda for an oil change and did not receive the inspection report. I valued the information that USED to be provided on the inspection. Too bad Honda!!

Upsell Upsell Upsell. I was very specific what the issue was and what I wanted done. They came back with multiple unnecessary repairs "needed" (I had taken the car in 5k miles previously.) Then, they wanted $1000 for two rotors and brakes. No thanks. Guy was nice at least.
