The most unorganized and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Specifically Glenn who claims to be the customer service manager. Absolute clown. Did nothing to provide customer service and when confronted had nothing to say other than "well I don't know what you want me to say and there is nothing we can do"

The service itself is always great, however this time when they changed the cabin air filter, they didn't install the glove box correctly. I had also asked them to fix my blind spot indicator in settings and they neglected to do so (unless there is a problem with the software application).

Brought car in on weekend day and did not expect any service till Monday. Car was repaired for chewed hose by rat. I was notified that rear brakes needed replacing. Repair was authorized and done promptly. Car was done the same day. I was super happy with their service

They identified the cause of the 2 problems I brought the vehicle in for, but they said they needed to order parts and would get back to me. It's been a couple of weeks now and I haven't heard anything from them. While I was there they were severely backed up and the wait was extensive. Service people were nice and did offer alternative options like a ride or a loaner car.

I had a long wait despite having an appointment and my calls complaining that my car that I bought there has car doors that fill up with water when it rains was not addressed. I was told that it would cost me $250 just to look at it. I have previously bought all my vehicles at SC Honda but will NOT be shopping there again. The staff arranging my oil change was very nice though.

Easy to make appointment for routine maintenance on my car purchased from you. Car was dropped off at 12 promised by 2 but not ready til 4! 2 of the four tire air caps are missing. I was told a 300.00 battery should be considered, I have car doc. would you think a new car needs a battery already? There is only 15,000 miles on it!

Went in to get brakes checked and maintenance done on 2015 Honda I just bought in July. After I left car wouldn't start. Turns out the battery they put in the car was from 2017. Asked for a replacement but was told it passed their inspection and I was responsible to pay for it. Not right. Selling me a car that has a 8 year old battery.

I had an appt at 8:30am. i got there maybe 5 minutes early. The line of cars was a dozen deep or more. It took 45 minutes to get to me. If that is the case make my appt for 9:15. Its hard for me to believe that all those people had the same appt time as i did.

All went well except that I did have a tire go flat the next day. I don't know if this was due to the tire rotation or if it was because the tire was just old. I had three old tires and one two year old tire so I decided to replace the three old tires, but as luck would have it they only had two tires of the right make and model to fit my car. Since it was the holiday I had to drive around on the spare for five days.

The wait was over 3 hours and service advisor was not there to check me out but someone else help more like he got forced to help me. He did not go through the red checks on my car maintained paper and when I asked him he said "you're ok, you can have it done next time".
