Cordial and quick service! I took the car in for an oil change. Granted, I called ahead to see if they could complete the service in a short time, as I had 45 mins before an appointment elsewhere. They finished in 20 mins. Even with an appointment, a dealer would have me wait 30 mins minimum before taking the car in to do the service.

I dropped my car off around closing time on Friday. Issues included a headlight gone bad, a tire leak, and the wipers not working. All these happen to me in quick succession. All issues were addressed/repaired and the car was ready by Saturday at 2pm!
I have had repairs done at this shop. They do good work and they are reliable.

I called ahead, as I usually do, especially since it was a Friday. They took my car in right away, as promised, and less than an hour later I was on my way home, professional oil change and tire rotation complete!
I know that I've made appointments elsewhere in the past, dealers and all, and quite often I have to wait an hour before they even take the car
in. Once again, very happy with my experience at Oaklawn Auto!

From the moment I walked through the door I was acknowledged john wrote everything down I explained about the problem I then was given a choice to wait or have a call back I chose a call back and the price was acceptable and I had my car back two hours after the call nice and friendly people there I will go there for my cars needs again.

I love bringing my car here. John and George are the best. I feel like they take really good care of my car. They communicate and let you know what's going on with your car before they start working on it. They even showed me the parts that were bad. A lot of repair shops don't do that. So far, I'm sticking with Oak Lawn Auto!
