My car was stolen and been at the collision service department Too months or better. And was supposed to be already 2 weeks ago and it's still in repairs, I'm tired of this collision service department telling me my car will be ready tomorrow and tomorrow never gets here..

The staff was courteous and ran the car through the car wash. They didn't dry it off so I had water spots all over. The chairs in the waiting area were very worn. Otherwise, the waiting area is okay. The requested service was performed in under 2 hours.

Spite the fact that the streets getting there are so torn up. It's a real effort but have done business with them for a number of years and I will continue to do so. The guys in the service department are amazing. I have dealt with Patrick Bible for several years have never been disappointed in his help he is an excellent service advisor.

I scheduled an oil change and front brakes job. When I arrived the service gentlemen confirmed my appointment was for an oik change and front brakes inspection. I said No. I scheduled an oil change and front brakes replacement. Although there was a miscommunication the service department was able to get my brake job completed and much less than I expected. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service.

They sent us a USPS mailer advertisement for Special Services. We didn't want to drive there, but it was certainly worth the trip and more importantly the price we paid for an oil & filter change, 4-wheel alignment and a much needed car wash. They had us in and out in less than two hours.

I asked about my one tire going low and he said they checked it and there was NO problem with it. But then the next day the same tire was 27 PSI and it said needed air. Now I have to bring it back on Monday to recheck it to see what is wrong. So not happy that it was NOT checked on Thursday properly but told that it was.
