I was told to bring in my newly purchased car from them and it took 3 times for it to be detailed and that wasn't what I expected it to look like when it was done I came home and clean it afters. Was disappointed it was not a better job and I drove 45 mins up there.

My service advisor J.P. Anderson provided me with outstanding customer service. My Battery went to Heaven and I had to have my truck jumped off. So, I brought it in without an appointment and thanks to the superb service was in and out in no time. I also, had the oil changed while I was there.

Service write error, she pur my keys with rental cars instead of cars to be serviced. Original Appointment car wasn't serviced. The next day my car picked up mistake. an brought back to me. Service was made right due to service writer mistake. Original service writer rude and disrespectful. She didn't even apologize for her mistake or over site. She should have been fired. Car service it's self was outstanding.

Had an appointment at 10:20 and didn't start on my vehicle until 11:00. Wouldn't have been a problem had they told me they were 45 minutes behind when I got there. I had to ask at 10:55 when they were going to start on my truck, and that's when they told me that they were behind.
