Service has really gone down here. Will not be coming back. Requested new wipers. Was not done, no text confirmation like before. When we ask why they said oh we were slammed today. No one went over what was done afterwards. Lady we paid seemed very annoyed.

I have had my car serviced at Oak Lawn Toyota for over 10yrs. My vehicle is a 2015. This may not be the forum to say the following, but here I am-I purchased this vehicle from another Toyota Dealership because an oak lawn salesperson did not want to give me the time of day. Fast forward 10 years and the same thing happened again. If there is anything one would/should know is my money is green and spends like any other persons money.

I brought the car in for several items. Only to find out that let's say 2 out of 4 were completed. And it's still having problems and supposedly, it can't be found. I've now gotten clearance to take it directly to another place to get serviced and hopefully will have more luck.

Absolutely amazing!! I came in for an oil change and my car was making a weird noise. Turned out my 13 year old car had a worn belt and that fixed everything! No upsell no fuss and it was taken care of in under an hour. Highly recommend I will never go anywhere else!

Their communication system was down, so I was not getting the updates and recommendations that I should have been receiving. I just said yes to their recommendations, however, after looking at the pictures I received in an email later, I probably would delayed the change of the cabin air filter.
