It was a very expensive visit with the brakes done and oil change. Then to find out it will cost another $300/hour for the tech to find out how to turn off the dashboard 'brake' light to signify the brakes need changed. I expected better for almost $4,000.

Mike was friendly, and answered every question I had. The service was performed on time and with precision. The dealership was clean and the service area was in order. They contacted Me 5 times to remind Me about about My appointment and never once told Me they had a new policy? I don't own a debit card but had enough cash at home had I known this. Penny wise but dollar foolish!

Decent experience. The only issue had was that the wiper nozzle says it functions but when I started using it after service, it did not work. I got a follow up call from them and asked if everything was ok, I did notify about the issue, they were prompt to get the car scheduled for a check but I stated that I would call back when I've some time to get in the car since it was not an emergency.

They always do a great job. I had to take the loaner vehicle home because mine wasn't going be done in time to get to my son's basketball game out of state - no problem for the service team. These are details I greatly appreciate. I love an hour away from the dealership and it helps when they have great customer service.
