We were in Illinois to visit our daughter's family and the emissions system warning came on when we running errands in preparation for leaving the next morning. Dropped the car off on a Monday morning w/no appointment and were afraid we would need to change our travel plans. Shuttle drivers were very nice and technician got the car fixed for us that day so we could leave on time.

Only 2,261 miles and ran over something on the road, ruined a tire. Had to replace 1 OE
(Original Equipment tire). Because the tire was OE had to replace with an OE. Didnt know that tires on new vehicles come with less tread than replacement tires. Learn something new everyday. Also went ahead and rotated tires so the new OE was on the front.

They actually went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. A repair under warranty for the AC unit turned out to also be a refill of freon which was not included in the warranty. They filled it up for free.
I do appreciate this type of service.
