Timely, friendly, professional but I asked for one favor. Adjust the tire air pressure on all wheels to the recommend settings. Did not happen. When they called for the approval on the estimate, they said they would wash the car "no cost to me". That didn't happen. But when I went to pay for the repair, they charged me an extra 3% because I used a credit card. Had not done that on my last visit there.

Initially, I thought we were getting rough shifts, possibly needing transmission fluid change. Service department gave the broken/replaced motor mount to my wife so I could see what to look for if I ever crawl underneath car to check for broken motor mounts in the future. Very satisfied.

I had an appointment, and they called me to cancel because the system booked more than one customer they said. Then it took like 2 hours to get it service having an appointment after they told me it was going to take less than an hour. When I bought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler, they gave me an aftermarket key fob, and they refused to replace it with an original key fob.

i received a recall notice for my truck right after the visit to the dealership for an oil change and they didn't know about it, i find that strange. I would like to think the dealership would have known about the recall and recommended getting it taken care of, now i have to take time off work again to get this taken care of.

I purchased a truck in 2019 from Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Taylor - Hutto. I have not taken my truck to anyone else for any major service but them what I will say about them is they will make it right. They have provided me with excellent car service. When I wasn't pleased they always communicated to me and did right by me. I also recommend my son to them and they are surprised at the quality of service as well!

They did the recall on my Jeep. Very nice. I had called Cameron ( where I purchased my Jeep), but they never called me back. So Taylor was very nice to help me. This is my 4th Jeep and my 5th one will more than likely come from Taylor. Hope they have a nice day.

Got there they checked me in had a nice guy bring me home a few hours truck was ready same guy came and got me. Walked in paid truck was ready did oil change, tire rotation, inspection and had recall for a upgrade to fuel sensor. Everything was done and everyone was super nice and helpful. Will be going back.
