Bought a used car but could not take possession because they didn't have the title. It would have been longer if they didn't finally go to Rhode Island. Also Boch South wouldn't give me a courtesy car like they do for service customers. We live in town and mileage would have been minimal. Also had to pay $700 for a rental for 2 weeks. I have to think twice before shopping there again.

Car was submitted for a recalibration of the rear bumper sensors through a local autobody (Reil Autobody) completing a minor rear bumper replacement. After reviewing the itemized billing from the autobody shop, it was revealed that the recalibration service cost $575. I believe this cost was excessive. Current servicing costs from Toyota are getting to be an extreme challenge for car owners. Not happy with this experience.

Remote starter kept killing my battery. Brought it in again to be fixed. This time I was told "LAST" time I brought the car in for the same problem I was told "if it happens again, I should get the battery changed." No one said any such thing to me. Was very disappointed that it took an hour and a half to tell me that and I did not get it fixed. I also missed another appointment because it took so long. I was definitely not happy.

Picked up my new 2022 Hylander ...I was amazed how quickly and professionally they readied the car... I had extras installed like running boards side molding and all-weather cargo mats. Visit the Dearlership twice and even with an appointment I found no receptionist and no one expecting me. Second visit and after a while I found my salesperson. However I had to wait for more than 2 hours for the appraisal of my car. The car I was interested have been in their lot since May. That was no efford from the sales Manager to negotiate and the offer for my trade-in, was not just very low but offensive.

10,000 mile service. Oil change and tire rotation. I did have a appointment. Almost 2 hours later I got my car back. I did buy the vehicle at that dealership. The service writer was awesome. Was told there would be a 2.5 surcharge if i used a credit card...should have been told before I arrived there. Ample opportunity to say so when I booked the appointment. Also charges were excessive. Service rep was courteous but it only goes so far. You cant be just courteous and fail on what really matters. Wont take my car there ever again

the service was good and prompt. had a broken fog light, service person called and explained it will cost $30-$40 to open the assembly and check what is the issue. I said ok, and he fixed it and it cost approx $80, in addition to the usual oil change and rotate tires that were covered by Toyota care (2 yrs free maintenance).

Not the best customer service that I have had from a dealership. Pleasant but did not break any records in addressing my needs. Again, I have commented twice on car handlers not wearing gloves when entering the car. Nothing changes from my concerns. It appears they advocate proper handling during this health issue but do not practice it.

I am not sure about the actual maintenance on the car, because the service personnel treated me as a lower class citizen, because I won't wear a mask, due to a health concern. I've contacted the Rutherford Institute to know if I have legal recourse against Boch Toyota South.

I had problems with the gas tank. It was clearly down to 1/4 tank, but would not fill. The technicians examined it but could not find any problems. They then were able to put gas in from their local pump. We still don't know what happened, but the problem appears to be solved.

We came to Boch Toyota South for a routine oil change and service for our RAV4. We booked our appointment for 4:15 PM. Our car was not ready until 6 PM. I'm not sure the point of making an appointment is, but the wait was very disappointing. Almost two hours for an oil change and service with an appointment is unacceptable.

Service was fine, but I was extremely disappointed with the 3% service fee I was charged for using a credit card instead of cash or check. This really should be diclosed at the time of making an appointment so customers can be prepared (no one carries around $1000 in cash or check books any longer). This is a disingenuous practice. I'm considering going elsewhere for future service.
