It was only ok. I asked to identify why my car would constantly beep. They didnt really know the answer. They couldnt wash my car because the wash people didnt start until 9:00 and I was there earlier. All in all only adequate service but they did honor a free oil change that had been promised.

The service was good but I was thinking they will replace or suggest to me one of my tire covers that had blown off. But nobody said or suggested that. I expect my car servicer to think ahead of me and suggest things I need . Even if I don't end up following his suggestion I have something to think about.

I worked with Holli and as usual she is the best! Kind, Polite and always communicates with you throughout the process. I complained of rattling noise under drivers side carriage. Mechanic could not find an issue. Still dealing with it, feels like somethings loose. I guess time will tell.

I made an appointment for my driver's side heated seat to be checked, it was not working. It took 2 1/2 hours for them to not diagnose the problem at all just give me a parts list of what it could be which would not be guaranteed. Basically it cost me $145.00 for a so called free car wash. I left furious and I probably won't go back again!!!!

Used to dread service department at Boch. Slimy service advisor is gone. He used to tell me that he treated me like his family but when I had a recall and was told a rental car would be available slimy gut said "No can do because you drive a 2013." Then he would tell me to give 4 stars. New person was pleasant, efficient and low pressure. Will be back for sure.

Poor experience. I felt the list of items recommended for fixing was too long and expensive - not the kind of advice I'd expect from a service partner. Also delivered my car back with no A/C and blamed it on yet other parts I needed to change. I ended up fixing somewhere else for much less.

They advertise $207 when scheduling online but they charge you $229 when you get there plus fees, when I brought it to their attention they argued with me so much, if they just adjusted the price without arguing with me I wouldn't give them such a bad review

Was told that the car was available to test drive at 1pm on a Sunday. I received an email that Sunday morning to confirm my appointment that day. After driving over an hour my wife and I arrived on time only to be told the vehicle was sold the night before. Poor way to do business and tried to sell me a similar vehicle only 5000 dollars more.

The dealership doesnt maintain the agreement on the purchase of the vehicle.They didnt enter in their database most likely on purpose so they can denied the agreement later. Very poor and unfair business.Cannot be trusted be aware. They only deserve 1 star but CARFAx start with 2

I went (with an appointment) to get my oil changed and car inspected and it took them 3 hours to complete. With everything going on right now the last thing I wanted was to be in a waiting Room for 3 hours with strangers. This shouldnt have taken more than 2 tops so it would have been better if they spaced out appointments more.

Nissan provided excellent services. I was scared to go due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, when i got there i was very impressed on how cautious, cleaned and well organized there were. They also had fewer people in the waiting area which made it easier to practice social distancing.

The service was great, HOWEVER - I am having the SAME problem. perhaps it time someone calls NISSAN. I love this car but this situation with the light flashing (2 different days, the temp was reading 35 degrees, since I had my car there) is not setting too well with my buying another Nissan.

Very slow. Poor communication at the dealership. Nobody knows what anybody is doing. Brought my car in for a noise. They charged $800 in repairs, and didn't fix the issue. Brought the car back in. They tried to charge me an additional diag fee. Had to wait for the manager to get back from lunch. Three visits. At least 6 hours of waiting. $800. Issue unresolved. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

The problem I was having with my brakes was fixed. Also, I was informed that there was a conference room where I could work so I didn't have to be disturbed which was great to know. I could continue working as if I was still working from home.
