This is the worst dealership in Massachusetts. The customer service is below avg. the service department is a full joke. I can right a book about this place from my purchase of the car to dealing with service department for repairs. Find another dealership if you want Hyundai.

I arrived at the service department on time as stated and was greeted by one of the service advisors who went through the usual procedures like checking the mileage, taking the keys etc. and within minutes my car was on its way to the repair shop. I purchased the car... but wasnt allowed to transfer my old plates to the new car and had to get a new registration. Finance guy said its a new MA law??? My insurance company (AAA) says no, not true! Under 30 days I could legally transfer the plate. They (AAA) would have transferred the plates. Just my experience with them. Love the car though...! The salesman was very nice!

Went for an oil change mentioned my phone would not charge they said they would check the fuse, did not ask me if I wanted it changed or the cost the fuse was .89 cents the cost to replace it $71.87 that is ridiculous it took all of 5 minutes at that, do not go to Boch Hyundai
