The only issue I had was the battery was not tested and the next day the car would not start. I had the car in for a complete check up so I could get my inspection sticker. I had not driven the car much over the last 2 years due to health issues. Overall the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Now Auto Care has been my trusted repair shop for the past 2 or 3 years. It's always good to see the same familiar faces when I go in (not much turnover). From my experience, they're honest and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They've caught a couple of things I'd have missed otherwise, on my wife's BMW. Could have led to more costly repairs or being stranded.

It doesn't matter how small or large a job is, Now Auto performs it with such professionalism, courtesy and competence. The A/C service to our Honda Odyssey was no exception in this regard. Having a service shop that you can trust is paramount to owning a car. We trust Now Auto with both of our cars and my daughter does as well with her car.

I had made an appointment for 9:30 AM for oil change/tire rotation. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told they would get right on it. At some time after 10:00 my car had not moved from where I parked it. I asked the service rep. if I needed to take my car somewhere else. He said they would get right on it. Not sure if my prompting made any difference but they did start the oil change/tire rotation service.

We had a situation where we needed quick service on daughters car they found part and installed and alerted us to the fact we needed a similar part on other side of car. They ordered and installed in a couple of days. Also when I brought my car in for oil change, they found that battery was bad, and I approved changing it. We were getting ready for long trip at time and saved us from a possible breakdown on the road.

The team at this location is top notch. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and they also offer free shuttle service. I've been brining our cars here since they opened, they service foreign and domestic and better prices for foreign cars than dealerships will charge.
