Tire Rotation went perfectly. What I like most about Novak is that they will point out vehicle problems automatically. I've been working with them for a few years now and I can say that I trust them, they treat me fairly, and are always available with appointments. In fact, they will go out of their way to help in emergency situations. I won't take my vehicles to any other service company.

Service and people were fine, I had 4 new tires put on. The only issue is I have NEVER had to pay extra for wheel weights, I was quoted by tire rack for mounting and balancing of $148 plus tax and tire disposal fee. They added $ 56 for the PRICE OF THE Wheel Weights? signed One and done......

Always happy with the work having done at Novak. Gave 4 stars today because we found our cabin air filter cover on the floor with the glovebox hardware not secured. Furthermore, when I looked at the filter, it contained a mice nest which although not their fault, should have prompted them to give me a call and ask if I wanted it changed.

I took my car to a Ford dealer and they charged me for two hours of labor and couldnt find the root cause. The Ford dealer wanted me to pay for more investigation with no guarantee theyd fix the problem. I took it to Novak, they fixed the problem without issue (like they always do) at a fraction of the cost. My cars working great now.
