The recall repair service was done really quickly. I appreciate that. On a side note, the car is in my wife's name. I say that because the service recall order was in her name. The service representative made a offensive comment about my looks. I think he was trying to be funny.

Nourse was prompt and courteous about greeting me and getting my Nissan in for service. The waiting area was clean and neat, had plenty of seating and areas for working - also beverages and snacks, if desired. And they surprised me by running my vehicle through the wash prior to finishing up my appointment. It was appreciated.

Only had an oil change and tire rotation. Took at least an hour to complete. The cost was more than expected for the tire rotation. Was charged a shop rate for tire rotation then charge labor on top of that. Will not have that done at a dealership again.

Took it in for an oil change. The gentleman that did it didn't tightened up the oil filter. It vibrated loose. I had to take it back in or I dropped it off Sunday and it finally got it back this morning so took him two days to check it but they did make it right. Ended up getting some other stuff free of charge down the road so they did make it right so it's all. Maybe I should have given at least a four stars

I thought induction service would probably change my gas mileage. It is exactly the same as before I had it serviced. The lady that was at the register was very helpful. I didn't really know how to do my Bluetooth and she came out a car to do that. When I asked about getting the car washed and he said that there was a 20 minute or so white which I didn't want to do that point I had to go to work

I was bad. Didn't even want to give 1 star. They say it's a free oil change so you take it in and have to wait 3 hrs , then they come out and tell you it's going to cost you this much, because they rotated the tires , and topped off the washer fluid. ???? It was supposed to be a free oil change only. And ever since they rotated my tires the right front has been losing air. I don't recommend.

They said they found nothing wrong with my car. Ordered a part to replace my broken USB port. Never call me back when it got into get it installed. Then whoever was driving my car was sweating profusely and smell like they never showered or used deodorant. So my whole car smell like BO when I picked it up when I was done. This is my second car I've purchased from Nourse, I can say I'll never buy from them again.

First of three free oil changes. Won't be taking it back for the other two free ones. It was scheduled for 11:15, I saw 6 people come and go from the lobby. Almost 2 hours later I got my truck back. And they left a mess in my vehicles. Not impressed at all. Karen Virgin who sold me my car was EXCELLENT and friendly. Wouldn't recommend theor service department but go see Karen, she'll take care of you.
