I always love that everyone there is so helpful and friendly! The service department is very efficient and quick to answer and explain any concerns I might have. Knowing that I didn't have to worry about my car being safe to drive when I left their dealership, was very important to me also.

Usually I never have an issue with this dealership- however I did this time. They were supposed to replace a few filters & even marked on the inspection sheet that it needed done- however they did not. Also when rotating my tires they didn't air them up to the correct amount. A few little things but when I pay for a service I expect it to be completed.

The issue I took my car in, 3 TIMES, was never addressed and I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Numerous pictures & videos were sent to them and "unless it's doing it while we have it-there is nothing we can do" Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

I like the fact, they picked up my vehicle and then brought it back to my house, and the oil was changed and the tires were rotated. I also like the fact that they gave me the option rather than telling me things need to be done. I did not like the pricing of changing the cabin air filter or brake flush. I thought it was excessive. That's why I declined.

I really appreciated the shuttle! I appreciate that the desk folks had it altogether with the paperwork. I appreciated the information about the repair. While price is always a concern for everyone, I feel like this price was probably just what it took to fix the problem.

Car was not washed. Windshield wipers were supposedly inspected. Nothing was said about them needing replaced. I was out driving in the rain that night & my windshield wipers tore apart. I had to stop at Sam's Club to gave them replaced. I would recommend this shop since it is the only one in town but would tell the customer to be aware.

They explained everything over the phone kept in contact via text to give me status updates. Only dislike would be wish there were coupons or it was cheaper. A loyalty program for oil changes would be amazing such as pay for a certain number up front (at a discount and then get 4th Free or something like that)

Service manager worked really hard to try to get an unexpected potential aging problem fixed. I'll see him next week to have the part he had to order installed. I appreciate that he anticipated a future problem and has taken action to avoid it. Nourse has a nice waiting room too. By the way, my car is a 2006 Scion xB and Nourse has serviced it satisfactorily for approximately 14 years.

I brought the car in because of vibrations when I apply the brakes. They diagnosed the problem as a failing tie rod so I had them install a new one. After driving the car for three days there is still the same vibration when applying the brakes. They did not do a good job of diagnosing the problem. I feel like I wasted almost $700 .

My warranty didn't cover service and they told me it was going to be $1300 to repair it, and I got it repaired for $261! That's including parts and labor! It's also cost me $215 just for diagnostics at Nourse! All they told me that my warranty did not cover recalls hoses or lines, and none of which was wrong with my car so it should have been covered!

The issue was not fixed after sitting at the dealership for 8-9 hours one day as well as several hours the next day. It was a simple issue of the truck not staying in English. The truck reverts itself to French every time the truck is turned off then back on.
