They ignored my specific request to investigate a noise. When they returned the vehicle, I asked if they had solved the problem. The service rep bleffed saying the car did not make the noise at time of inspection, but I knew it made the noise 100% of the time. We walked to the car and as expected, the noise was still there. Then the story changed to "Well we'll have to set up a longer apopointment for that".

My new car broke down and we were stranded on Mt. Hood. Thanks to our insurance, the Jeep was towed to the dealership. They had it in the shop for 3 weeks and we got the runaround regarding what was wrong with it and what was fixed. We did learn the battery was defective. All of this should have been better out before we purchased the car.

My engine light came on and I drove straight to the dealership and they took my Jeep in that same day. They were able to quickly provide me with a loaner car which knew and fun to drive! My car fixed and ready for me the following week. The staff in the Service Department were wonderful, the Owner was Friendly, and my overall experience was great!

Angel and Zane were professional and thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure my transmission service was completed properly. They took their time to fully explain what needed to be done, sent pictures and were patient when I had what seemed like a bazillion questions. I would definitely recommend this location for service and my teachable moment was appreciated. I will never again take my Mopar to any other auto care provider.

The vehicle was in the shop for over two weeks and when they realized it would be a while they provided a free loaner. When a couple of small problems arise and/or persisted they quickly took care of them. A big job well done. I'm so glad I took my GC to the pros at NW Jeep

They tried to sell me a new steering rack even though it had been replaced 2 weeks earlier. There was nothing wrong with the steering rack they tried to get me to replace. I don't trust the work they've done since they're willing to blatantly lie to make money.

Poor service. I have no idea what was actually done during my service appointment. I wasn't even given a receipt. I was just handed the keys. I had to ask for a receipt and it didn't even cover the recall in which I came in for. Poor service.

In a word, incompetence. Not helped by poor communication as the rule, not the exception. Car has been there nearly 2 months with repeated repairs, with the issue unchanged, not fixed, and not diagnosed.

i Always have a good experience there. they take care of factory recommended intervals for fluids, etc. give me a list for next visit, and look for other issues I might not see. And not try to talk me into unneeded service.
