When I have to take a car in for service, Northwest Import & Domestic is the only place I will go. Not only have they diagnosed some very strange engine and electrical problems, I find them impeccably honest and thorough. They do not try to sell unnecessary services. One of my favorite aspects is that this shop never talks down to women in my family. We have had some very bad experiences in this regard at other service providers.

Good for the most part, Was quoted a certain price than told me it was $50 more because I had an "Acura" and the coolant was more... Other than that the wait was a bit as there was not an office purpose working and only one person could check me in. Have used this shop for years and no real complaints.

My car had been sporadically loosing power on the road. With no appointment, they looked at the code and were able to schedule me the next day.
As my car was serviced, I walked around the Salmon Creek park and received a text once the service was done in an hour.
Everyone was helpful, patient and provided that feeling of great service.

Got in and got my oil change done right away. My dash lights went out so I asked if they could check and replace any fuses which they did. The cost was reasonable and they got everything done in about an hour. Very friendly staff and they explain things to you when you have questions.
