Repair was performed quicker than estimated. I liked the emails and text reminders for the appointment. I didn't like that it was requested to be there at 7:30, body shop opens at ten. Easy fix to change the message. The loaner was great, I didn't expect to get a fully loaded pick-up truck with 6 miles on it, I would have settled for a Dodge Neon, all I needed was a set of wheels to get back home
