Service unable to duplicate issues that are clearly happening, even on the drive back home from service. Also, wanting to charge me for an alignment for a car that is just over a year old with 11k miles, this would be the 2nd alignment, which is not normal for any vehicle. A car should not need two alignments in a year unless your daily commute crosses a mountain (off-road).

It's always a great experience at Northside Lexus. My days are usually GO GO GO and they have always accommodated with a rental while my vehicle is serviced if needed. I also always feel like my vehicle is in good hands with Lexus and they always provide an inspection to keep the vehicle running at its best!

Drove to this dealership from Dallas that was advertised as no accidents or damage and as soon as we got there we noticed thar the entire front bumper was damaged as well as both front quarter panels. And better yet someone had spray painted the bumper with matte brown paint.

Excellent service from the beginning to make the appointment, during the service, and the follow-up afterward. The dealership (Northside Lexus) is very organized and clean, and the advisor (Tyson Stewart) is very responsible, friendly, and attentive to his customers. The service turnaround time was excellent, and they even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership for vehicle maintenance.

Great service. However, I was disappointed to hear that my tires were going to need replacing in less than 10,000 miles. A friend of mine was told the same on her vehicle the day before me. She was told that the tires that come with a new Lexus RX350 are rated an 8/10 so that is why they need replacing earlier than one would think. I assumed spending $50K on a vehicle would include the best tires available.

My car was taken in for new tires and a 50,000 mile check up. I was offered a loaner vehicle since the tires I needed were not all available until later that afternoon. When I picked up my car I was given a detailed explanation of the service that had been done on my car.

My advisor Mike was awesome but the overall service was overrated. I paid 163$ for just an oil change. Never have I paid that much at Sterling McCall. Also, my maintenance reminder was not reset. I went there to try something different and new. Will not be going back and will pass this on to other Lexus owners in my area.. Price gouging!

A 10 am oil change and check lasting until almost 1pm is why you can't get 5 stars. Why make an appointment.... To make matters worse I was offered a quicker escape if I was to give up on the car wash. Which is exactly what was said the last check up and oil change when I asked when my car would be ready. But I thank you for putting new oil in with the plug tightened and etc. Your mechanics are good at what they do,

From the moment you arrive, they great you by your car, take you to your service advisor who explains what will be done to your car, provide an estimate and a loaner car. If additional repairs or service are required, they will call you, provide pictures of what is wrong.

Sales person was OK. Was there for preowned. The quality of car on a highline car lot was wholesale at best. Very little if any reconditioning is done. Didn't expect junk cars on a reputable Lexus lot. I would not return and certainly would not purchase from this dealer.

Have made 2 trips and battery problem not resolved, tire pressure issue with clear guidance. No phone call when ready for pickup and told delivery and pickup at our house is no longer offered. Given a bill for $500 when in fact is all still under warranty. Awful!

Northside set me up with Roadside Service. I could not get out of the vehicle until the AAA representative told me how to get out but I was in the vehicle for about 35 minutes. The battery was charged, I drove to the dealer and sat for about 2hours. When they could not fix it in time for me they gave me a loaner. Next day I picked it up when they called and told me it was ready.

Outstanding as always. Agustin Soto has been a great service advisor for me for years. Loaner is always available (he even remembers that I hate the little crossovers so I get an ES sedan), service is done promptly and I get updates on my vehicle quickly. As long as Lexus makes cars that I like, this is where I will buy all of my future vehicles.
