Alex Hancock, my advisor, was extremely helpful and his estimate when my car would be ready was spot on. I brought my car in for a recall on the rear view camera. My Lexus was throughly inspected and the top of gasoline was a nice touch. From now on Northside Lexus will be my primary auto repair shop. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I recently had my car repaired at this shop and I'm very satisfied with the service. The staff was honest and explained everything clearly. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The price was reasonable and the repair was done quickly. My car runs smoothly now. I highly recommend this place

Somewhat overpriced, but I guess you get what you pay for. Anthony is a good service advisor and doesn't push non-essentials which I really appreciate. Which is why I continue to return even though I know I could get the service elsewhere for much less!

Augustine Soto is a superior plus Northside Lexus rep!*! However, for two straight times the spare tire was not filled. One time this was critical due to a flat tire. Also 3 requests to reattach the hatch piece on the door have not been completed. Thanks for your asking for client feedback. Very glad you all are here & have such a thoughtful staff!

Service unable to duplicate issues that are clearly happening, even on the drive back home from service. Also, wanting to charge me for an alignment for a car that is just over a year old with 11k miles, this would be the 2nd alignment, which is not normal for any vehicle. A car should not need two alignments in a year unless your daily commute crosses a mountain (off-road).

Drove to this dealership from Dallas that was advertised as no accidents or damage and as soon as we got there we noticed thar the entire front bumper was damaged as well as both front quarter panels. And better yet someone had spray painted the bumper with matte brown paint.

The dealership (Northside Lexus) is very organized and clean, and the advisor (Tyson Stewart) is very responsible, friendly, and attentive to his customers. The service turnaround time was excellent, and they even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership for vehicle maintenance.

Great service. However, I was disappointed to hear that my tires were going to need replacing in less than 10,000 miles. A friend of mine was told the same on her vehicle the day before me. She was told that the tires that come with a new Lexus RX350 are rated an 8/10 so that is why they need replacing earlier than one would think. I assumed spending $50K on a vehicle would include the best tires available.

My advisor Mike was awesome but the overall service was overrated. I paid 163$ for just an oil change. Never have I paid that much at Sterling McCall. Also, my maintenance reminder was not reset. I went there to try something different and new. Will not be going back and will pass this on to other Lexus owners in my area.. Price gouging!
