My customer service rep was incredibly helpful to me. I am concerned about one of the items he said I need taken care of. The last service I asked about the ball joint, and they said it was not a problem. The time before they ( the tech) said it might be a problem. Now the tech says it is a problem. Because of this, I am going to have to get a second opinion of what is going on. That part is disappointing. It seems like every time I go in for a oil change, Northridge Toyoto techs are always trying to find something to up my bill. I now am second guessing whether I really need services, like my AC which is running fine, really need to be changed, or whether it is just something to be changed just because.
