Based on the information available, this repair required transmission removal and a dedicated all-day appointment. We offered the earliest available appointment in our schedule, about a week out for a full day repair, and discussed transportation options with you. Unfortunately, we did not have a loaner vehicle available at that time. To help get your vehicle addressed as quickly as possible, we also suggested contacting our sister dealership, as they may have had greater availability to accommodate your needs sooner. We understand that unexpected repairs can be inconvenient, and we regret that we were unable to provide the immediate appointment and loaner vehicle you were hoping for. However, our team responded promptly to the issue we identified and worked to provide the best available options for moving forward.

My experience at Northpoint GMC was excellent. I took my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD in for a routine oil change. I had not mentioned the tire rotation, when I made the appointment. However, when I got there, I asked the service manager if he could do a tire rotation, he said they normally don't do it unless it is asked for, so when I asked for it at that time, he said yes, they could do it. Each time I have taken my vehicle there for service, it has been excellent service

Nothing I didn't like! I bought this Chevy Blazer RS new in the fall of 2023 from Handy Chevrolet made an app w/Handy on 10/01/2024 I told then the car had a hesitation with exceleration. They road tested it and said no bulletins found. My husband drove it a few weeks ago and said its worse. I made an app with Northpoint GMC. I can send both RO's if needed. The techs test drove the car and felt the problem. They worked on until they found the problem.Drained the transmission fluid & fill to correct shudder! Now I cant beleive I drove it that way, its like a different car! I am so thankful for the Northpoint GMC crew stopped me from trading and going back to Toyota!!! Thank you!!!!!
