Well im kinda of teed off at my last visit as I have brought my vehicle here for the last 3-4 yrs stating a leak of some sort and after all the testing and all of the changing and days kept nothing was ever able to be found to be leaking. Now that I bring it in for an oil change, with no longer having a warranty and all of a sudden bam! A leak is finally found somewhere!

Service manager is never available to help as I was told no communication on exactly how long vehicle would be needed was told one day was kept for seven days no communication no rental or loaner. No empathy or respect. Technicians were lost and uninformed on how to do the recall horrible place.

Very poor communication. Went in with extended warranty. Very relaxed staff and with answers for when car would be ready. Charged me over $340 dollars for work that should have been covered under warranty. They really wasn't concern with me being without transportation for over a week.

The fact that the car was sold to me before going through its inspection was diabolical. Of course they had to service it for free but I was told that they don't do oil change stickers which is BS because I've never been to a place that doesn't give you a sticker for your next oil change. But I'm just gonna go to Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep on telegraph from here out because I never had issues with them.

They lied to me and told me my car was not covered warranty and would cost me 1800. I called my warranty company and found out they never even called them it was covered so I had it towed and fixed elsewhere under warranty coverage. I do not recommend anyone go here ever.
