The staff and garage crew are friendly and professional. Their pricing is fair. In an era when a lot people over pay for service at dealerships or chain shops, its good to know a neighborhood garage can take care of all of my vehicles. Everyone at north east auto are really nice, and the work that they do on my car is done right the first time so i don't have to keep taking it back to get it fixed again. When they say my car will be done at a certain time, they are right on the money, or its done sooner then they estimated, and that makes me happy!!

Northeast serviced the brakes on my Equinox. Could not have asked for a better experience. Everything went smoothly. The appointment, work time, and delivery went by clockwork.
