The normal servicing was fine, but it was disconcerting to find out that the car had defective brake pads with only 16000 miles. Furthermore, in attempting to replace the pads more trouble arose, as I had no brakes upon leaving the dealership. I had to rent a car while they dealt with new issues. Everything seems OK now

No communication whatsoever. When communication occurred it was wrong facts repeatedly that caused my family to lose money and change our work schedules only to be told the truck is not ready. They also messed up my autoloan and warranty.
Once I purchased the vehicle they essentially refused to pickup a phone call about a repair and bank loan issues that they caused by incompetency.

Our experience did not meet our expectations and we will probably not go out of our way to buy a car here again. Our salesperson was adequate but his colleagues did him no favors. We had very limited time and were clear about what we needed in order for the sale to occur and the process took way longer that it should have.

Service rep was helpful but the attention to detail was lacking. I discovered that none of the bolts to the air filter box were screwed in after they checked the filter. The oil change sticker was never updated. I was promised a car wash that never happened. The overall service was good but these missed items were discouraging.
