Was able to get an appointment when needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is terrible! Very frustrating trying to find a place to park. With my last car - when I brought the car to the dealership for service, they would always wash the car. (I owned a Honda) I guess I was a little disappointed you didn't offer this service.

I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and maintenance on a day that was convenient for me, and I was provided a loaner car so that I could go about my day with minimal disruption. The service team was very professional, courteous, efficient and explained all needed repairs and costs up front and in a way that I could easily understand, and they helped to identify cost savings where possible. They are top notch.

Always impressed with the service @ North Shore Mazda! I finances a used Mazda with high Mike's and thought I'd be disappointed, especially after driving Nissans for over 20 years! I LOVE MY MAZDA!! I have almost 90k miles on the CX-5, AND NO MAJOR PROBLEMS! Service is always "on point"... (love when the mechanic goes over the completed work via video) I know I'm in GOOD HANDS with North Shore Mazda!!

As always, North Shore Mazda provided top shelf service for my Mazda3. Scheduling an appointment is incredibly simple online and they're always ready for me when I show up. They provide a video of the service they're performing on your car and make you aware of any potential issues. I've been going to North Shore Mazda for the 10 years I've owned this car and will continue to do so.

Excellent service as usual. Only issue is the rotation of tires which placed tires with a belt set on opposed corners which leads to dreadful tire noise when driven! Rotation of somewhat worn tires leads to objectionable tire noise! Technician should have prior history before executing rotation. If no history available don't do it without authorization!

Friendly enough but why does it always take 60-90 minutes for an oil change? And when (not if) they "find" something additional they "highly recommend" doing, it's always an extra $300-500 tacked onto your simple oil change visit. Scare tactics and highway robbery are what send customers to seek out other mechanics.

didn't reset the service milage second and this is what really upset me the tech gets in it and adjust the seat position.I haven't been able to find the sweet spot since.He or she should be told,that in the future,to leave the thing alone!

The service appointment was for an oil change and a software update. The oil change service was fine. The update must have fixed some things but not the issues that I reported. The software in the CX30 that controls these things is badly done.
