They kept my car two extra days after promised completion date. Communication was terrible. Always had to call them and wait a day for a response. Repair was $5k. Other mechanics stated it should have been $2-$3k max.. Will not use them again for anything.

I had a good experience with my visit. I hadn't made an appointment to get an oil change but they took my car back immediately. The wait was a bit long- over an hour but it was a nice day and I was able to sit outside. When they brought the car out they went over the details and scheduled another visit to take care of a recall. Everyone was very nice. Overall, it was a good visit.
