They were upset they had to fix a part that was under warranty and they had pushed off for so long due to "on back order" by the time I got to get in there it to get it fixed because it was finally off backorder, it was out of warranty so they refused to fix it unless I paid. So I got upset and then they finally offered to fix it and then we're so rude about it.

Fixed my "check engine" light problem and did a multi-point inspection and a complimentary car wash. All good. On the other side, due to a recall, the car is still without an engine cover. Dealer keeps telling me that it is back-ordered. Kinda of sad that VW can't support their dealers if this is true.

What I found hard to accept was the extent of the damage caused by the minor wreck the car sustained when it hit a curb while making a normal turn.

Unfortunately my 2024 Golf Gti always gets condensation in tail lights whenever washed and causes alert to then have to make another appointment to be safe. Bluetooth also frequently doesnt connect. Service always fixes, but always breaks again. Reached out to sales department and advice given was to get extended warranty :(

Experience was great but after it was all said and done they sold us a vehicle that has an inherit brake squealing issue that they say is not fixable just due to the VW product and how the brakes are made. It's super embarrassing and a shame that they are ok with that as their own product. Everything is safe it's just a complete annoyance and should be something that is told to you before buying the car.

Very service. My car was left unkempt needed vacuuming and a wash and they had it for serval days and neither were done. They manager said he was embarrassed and it happened earlier that day to another customer as well! I don't care to know that you have really poor maintenance personnel. I just expected my car clean when I picked it up.
