All they do is try to sell you more than just take care of the needs of your vehicle. In my new vehicle on its first oil change, they persistently pushed all of these extra products on the car that weren't necessary at the time and wouldn't take no for an answer. It's an uncomfortable feeling when you feel you're being forced to purchase something when you're nervous they might do something to your vehicle if you decline multiple times.

North Park Toyota advertises one price online, then gives you a second price that's about 50% higher for the exact same service once you arrive. They also emailed me before my last visit offering $50 off my next service if I completed that visit. When I came back for the qualifying next service and tried to use the coupon, they would not honor it. Very disappointing experience and misleading pricing practices.

Service advisor not very friendly. Didn't explain wha was wrong with car besides the one tire that was busted. Didn't even have techs add air to the other tires I my car even thought I told him about the low tires. I had to take my car somewhere else to add air to my tires and get a new tire. He was more concerned with making a sale than actually telling me what was wrong with car. I had to find out with the email I received.

I scheduled an appointment to get my breaks fixed per. TSB issued by Toyota, and added the 20K service since the vehicle would already be there. After waiting for 2.5 hours, they tell me the breaks couldn't be fixed because they didn't have the parts! Initially when I called to schedule the appointment they told me that there was no TSB found for squealing breaks. I told her I was looking at it and she asked if I was sure.

Very bad my hose keys were not attached to my car ring they were misplaced and the guy told me that's why I shouldn't have so many keys in my key ring and my car serviced wasn't completed as my rim got scratched when putting a new tire had to file a complain I had to leave my rim at the dealer and they put on my spear on and gave drive like this until my rim gets repaired very poorly service

I arrived at my appointment time and was helped right away. I asked for a specific Service Advisor upon arrival. Booking my appointment was easy online; however, it did not allow me to ask for a specific service advisor. Oil change service was pretty quick, about an hour. I have asked for this advisor several times when scheduling service. He's a nice, friendly person who is respectful to his customers.

Needed a patch on a tire due to a nail and the receipt or service report didn't seem to explain what was performed. Honestly only a 3 star because after the specific tire work on top of my regular maintenance, two of my tires didn't have the caps on them and also wasn't inflated to the required psi, way over.
