I was very pleased with the service. I went in for a battery issue and they took my car in right away. They had the part and fitted me in for that day. I also had other maintains to the car while I was there. All was done in a couple of hours. I am very thankful for the service and attention they provided me. I would recommend them to others. They performed the services I asked for and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary work. They had the vehicle ready when they said it would be done. It might be a small thing, but I appreciate that they always wash the car and return it cleaner than it went in.

A finance guy have me come to their dealer shop at 08:30 am for emission test with saying it will take 5min since all is ready to start once I get there, but there was no reservation for me when I arrived and had to wait for the finance guy who have me come by 09:30 am. After all, I had to give my emission test result which I had on 9/16. And I was late on my conference call at 10:00 am.

Wiper washer fluid was bone dry, vehicle was returned dirty inside & out, and service center rep lady I dealt with had a crusty attitude with me. Never called me to let me know my car was ready till 2weeks after it was completed/done, then called me time in 1 day and was rude! Never spoke with a mechanic, communications is lacking here.

The car was taken in because the transmission is slipping out of gear and to take care of a couple recalls. The dealer was unable to replicate the transmission issue (it happened again as I drove home) and had to order the parts for the recalls. Once the parts come in will try again.

They didnt diagnose the tailgate malfunction properly, but said it was fixed. When I got home and found this our, I called and tried to get another appointment, only to be put on hold ... until my called was dropped. Several times. When I got through and was able to get it scheduled, they didnt call when the parts were in. too much work for too few employees!

The service dept behaviors are quite dry. I had a rep previously who was outstanding. We have brought this vehicle in 2x now for the same issue, but it seems they just keep recommending the same thing and expecting a different result. The rep who took care of this time didn't seem to be listening to my concern, but sent us home with the cap on the oil once again and we have to bring it back in 1000 miles. AGAIN.

I am disappointed that the oil change offer is no longer offerred. I asked to speak to service manager regarding another issue and was told he was too busy and would call me the next day. He never called. They dont care about their customers like they used to.

Did not confirm that car arrived via tow truck. Had to call Kia 4 days later. Tried to include unnecessary fluid changes with start replacement. Later found "rodent" damage to harness, when they initially called it "road" damage, although car has not been in use. Do not recommend.

Battery was losing it's charge rapidly by itself. KIA replaced battery ($329.00 just for replacement). I appreciated the work and needed their help diagnosing the issue, but this was way too steep of a price for a battery replacement for me. I'll continue to avoid the dealership(s) as much as possible for any maintenance/repairs. For reference, 2017 Forte, base model.

The sales people were friendly but the things they told me come with the car ended up costing me money. I told them I was leaving California in two days and I ended up paying for a clear coat that came with the car but I paid later found I paid for. They had no time for me to bring it in before I left so I ended up paying almost $600 for something I can't use. They told me I could only get it done at their dealership and when I asked for a refund I never got an answer.

Absolutely awful if you're gonna buy Kia I would figure out somewhere else to buy it and if you bought it from here, definitely don't have it serviced here. Brought in my vehicle while it was under warranty because it was burning oil. They said they fixed it and it was a faulty oil sensor. A couple thousand miles later and 1000 miles out of warranty realized they didn't actually fix it. And then the dealership doesn't inspection saying the engine is blown and it needs a full new engine. I guess they couldn't figure that out a couple thousand miles before while it was under warranty. Took three months of fighting with Kia and the dealership to get them to repair it. I'll give Kia corporate some credit they were actually helpful eventually but the dealership was not. After Kia corporate covered the repair the dealership gave me my vehicle back absolutely filthy. Service was horrible. No follow up. I had to fight the entire way even when Kia corporate said they would cover.
Sadly, for the dealership I bought one new vehicle during that time and I'm about to buy another one for my daughter and we had planned to buy Kia. We switched to Volkswagen and I've been very happy.
