I purchased a vehicle and found out it had issues that needed to be fixed. It immediately needed to go to service. I have requested the dealership contact me about this and nobody has spoke with me about it. It is very unsatisfactory to purchase a vehicle with issues that should've been resolved prior to selling the vehicle and for the dealership to not assist with resolving it after they sold it.

The service is terrible. Do not bring your car to this dealership. They damaged my car, had it in the shop for 100 days, no rental, no communication. I talked with the GM, Tim Toor, who lied and didn't follow up on his promises. You will be sorry. I am now suing the dealership. This could be you. Don trust them!

This time my key fob had stopped working and with two fobs, and two settings for our vehicle, on fob is terrible. Scheduled an oil change online a week ahead of time for my son and when he showed up they said there was nothing scheduled. They took him in after my son showed him the online receipt and then they mmediately try to sell him on a $1,900 headlamp replacement. They also tried to charge him for an 8 quart charge without first verifying that it is a 6 quart v6. They did get him out in 2 hours though which was fair

I had an appointment for 2 pm for an oil change,at closing time around 6 pm I asked about my truck , the service advisor that checked me in left at 4 and the other advisors had no idea where the paperwork was or if my truck was done , they seemed unfriendly and unapologetic about it.Got my truck back didn't apply my discount,I had to ask for it, never went over what they did ,neither advise me what needed to be done for future service.
