Not communicative, kept my vehicle for a several days before attempting to fix, wouldn't give updates, broken promises to complete work at a certain time, tried ways to charge me for work not needed on vehicle. Tried to contact service advisor several times, left messages to contact me, but no response. Had to drive to dealership just to get an update.

Guerrilla sales tactics. Way too many phone calls from multiple salespeople. Did not respect my time (calls before and after business hours) nor request to be removed from any and all call lists. Would not buy from and definitely would not recommend.

I had my car in for a safety recall that took about 2 weeks. Roy Coleman was wonderful! He helped in getting the service scheduled, in getting me a loner car, and I never felt that I was a bother when I called to check on something. Just very good to deal with every time I talked with him.

Service advisors always have an attitude, and the quality of service is lackluster to be generous. Failure to properly secure under paneling as well as an overall poor quality of inspection services. Would not recommend based on my experience with the service department.

I just recently purchase the vehicle. Had I not purchased warranty with the vehicle I would have taken a small financial debt. Wish that being said the transmission needed immediate attention. Work performed by the shop was excellent. unable to give the fifth star because the breakdown in communication between the shop and the service advisor. Shop made a recommendation for additional service which the service advisor was at lunch so I had an additional 45 minute delay before I could leave.
