There is absolutely nothing that I didn't like. From the first visit to set up the appointment to the day I picked it up was the best dealership interaction I've ever had. They were very friendly and helpful. They were aware of all the warranties on my vehicle and knew what was covered and what was not. Joe (I believe he's the service manager) was great. He went above and beyond to service my vehicle and try to get me a rental car. He surprised me and even fixed items that were not covered (and I declined for price reasons and were not a necessity). It was a stark difference from the Pat Milliken service we received in the past. From now on this will be our go to dealership. I would definitely refer any friends and family to North Brothers Ford for service. Thank you Joe and North Bros Ford staff.
