The service personnel are always lazy when it comes to tire rotation. They make an excuse to get out of it at least 75% of the time. This time they claimed they had done it the previous service. When I reviewed my paperwork it was clear my tires have not been rotated in over 12,000 miles.

Service was good, it went quickly once I got in there. My only complaint is they didn't take my car in order of arrival. someone else came in after me and got in and out before I did while I waited. It's all in the luck of the draw as far as what lane they put you in which doesn't seem quite right. The other car got the exact same service I did.

Fast and efficient oil change. It's like they're engineered for it; they get the car up, rotate the tires around, program the computers, and do the oil change in under 15 minutes. What more could you ask for?! Highly recommended.
