I've been going there for about 20 years. And the Mechanic. are very kind And the workplace is very clean!! And they explained to you. What's wrong with your car and then when you get your car back? It is unbelievable of the work that they perform. That's why I keep coming back.!

I had my car at Norm's Automotive Clinic to get the tires rotated. A mechanic informed me that the rear brakes were worn down and showed them to me. The car is almost entirely driven in the Chicago Metro area for the past 7 years.
They replaced the brakes and had me out in about an hour and one half. They also showed me how to reset the digital speedometer. Thehe the staff is very professional.

Service was great! Very nice people, even took my car to pass the emissions test. Unfortunately, they smoked in my car. My car has material upholstery and it smells terrible. I've had to air it out for two days and purchase Ozium spray to neutralize the smell. I hope it goes away. It's very pungent. No one should ever smoke in a customer's car. I will go back for service, but will beg them to not smoke in my car next time.

norms automotive has friendly ,knowledgeable people who get right to work on your car asap at a reasonable cost. My car needed a new battery for preventative maintenance due to age and it was accomplished quickly ,with a check of the charging system . Well satisfied.

Car was essentially out of commission. Was able to get the car in the same day the problem occurred (hit a curb and damaged the control arm). Norm's diagnosed the problem, fixed it, did wheel alignment was ready following day.
Pretty good considering ford dealers appt was 6 days later. The price seemed reasonable, and I didn't get a list of things I also might want to fix. I would return.

Great shop. They fix a plethora of issues with cars, including misfires in engines with no problem are usually done within a few hours, depending on the job. If you want them to install your own compatible and recommended parts (ignition coils, spark plugs) theyll do that for you as well.
