Michel did a great job keeping me informed as to the status and cost of the maintenance. The interior of the vehicle was marked with a scuff marks on the dash and on the door sides and glove box compartment area. the doors were all scuffed marks that I had to try and clean off

Everything was great! Ricky my service advisor was super.....he tried hard to get the required part down from Canada, but could'nt given our return trip timelines to Calgary. I feel that Ricky is a great brand ambassador for Norm Reeves Honda! All the other staff was great to deal with too! A much more superior service operation than our past experiences with Venice Honda!

When tires are rotated, I would like them criss-crossed not just front to back. Also, had green check mark at windshield wiper fluid. My washer has been empty for months due to crack in container. I am hoping that they really checked the other fluids. Also, they performed a diagnostic test for valve gasket cover leak. Thought they would have given me copy of test results with my receipt.

I arrived for my appointment and my car was brought back into the service area right away for the scheduled oil change. My service associate was very friendly and knowledgeable and he answered my questions for me. I was in and out of there within about 30 minutes. It was a very good experience. I will definitely come back to this location for my next oil change. Thank you so much.

We have used this Dealer before and we arrived earlier than expected and the serviice was started immediately and as usual completed in the estimated time. Part of there process is a inspection of the vehicle to make sure that there are no issues that we didn't notice.

Arrived at my designated time. Got a shuttle ride back to home. Received a voicemail message that the work was done at 12:45. I called for a shuttle and got a voice mail message that said they would call back or leave text message. I left both voice message and text. No response. I repeated the same process 4 more times all afternoon. The driver finally shows up after 5 PM. Never again will I get service there.

Victor is the first person I met. He has the best personality for being the person that one works with, when bringing in their car for service. The services technicians were helpful when asking a question. My car was in and out for a oil change and tire rotation. Plus the famous 27 point check.

Overall, not a bad experience. But more of a 'fair' one. I was told by my maintenance supervisor that someone from Finance would reach out with a problem that I had. Unfortunately, nobody did. I understand that we were close to Memorial Day weekend. But this is a reoccurring theme at Norm Reeves.

Michael communicated well and was extremely nice, but the price for my brake job was over twice what I should have paid. I should have refused it. They also rotated my tires, and all the way home my warning light for the tire pressure came on. I will not be back.
