I called Honda and found out it was covered on my warranty. I went to a different dealership and they fixed it for zero but I was still out in $99.

Norm Reeves over delivered! My Accord was subject to a recall for a software update. I had to wait for the service to be completed. Instead of taking 2-4 hours, the service shop completed the job in only 1 hour 20 minutes. They were very friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. They seem fair and honest, never pushy, they have a great lounge and coffee bar, good Wi-Fi, and they run on time for the most part. They have a shuttle always coming and going. My car needed a new transmission, the service there was great very typical of Honda very courteous, friendly, etc. I was just not happy with how much it ended up being considering I bought the car at that dealer and have taken it for every service that car has ever had. The transmission went out at only 62,000 miles and was a preowned vehicle.
