It was good but not so good. My car was dropped off at 10am I got a call closed to 4pm that it needed fuel injectors due to code P0304 and it would be $ >2K. It was ready the next day at 2-3pm. I'm glad my car was fixed but it was too long to be out without my car for the diagnostic and repair. My tire sensor was ON the same day after they did a tire rotation. Thanks.

Did not receive a receipt for payment. Did not receive a complete service record. Called to let you knowno apology. Asked for a call back from service manager, no call.

Bad experience, my service (oil change) took over 5 hours, My service advisor left before my car was finished. He stated someone will help me when my car was done. Not professional at all. Nobody went over recommendations. I did not receive my car back until 5:30.

Oil change services are good and fast. Multipoint inspection is bad, they check for leaks and offers replace almost all the vehicle to fix the problem. My vehicle had the check engine light on for misfire and CKP sensor malfunction but they don't said anything about it .......

I purchased my vehicle used at Browning Mazda of Cerritos so that is where I take it for service, one of my struts was leaking and was covered through my drivetrain warranty and taken to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos to be repaired with genuine parts and the did a very clean good job within a few days.

Service was quick and professional. Trevor explained the system well and obviously knew his business. I had the valves adjusted and was happy with the results. Nice waiting area for customers and a good coffee machine that costs $1 for any hot beverage. I wish they had a donut lady like one of their competitors.
